Arsenal Under-21s suffer heavy defeat to Aston Villa Under-21s

Arsenal Under-21s suffered a disappointing 5-3 defeat to Aston Villa Under-21s at Villa Park on Friday evening.

The Gunners, who are top of the Premier League 2 Division 1 table, conceded three goals in the opening 15 minutes and were unable to recover.

Despite pulling two goals back before half-time, Arsenal conceded again shortly after the break and were unable to find a way back into the game.

The defeat is Arsenal's first in the league this season and leaves them three points behind leaders Manchester City.
